Krupa and Vikas

A fantastic wedding at Kelham Hall, Newark. I sheltered under a tree and painted Krupa and Vikas exchanging wedding garlands in the glorious sunshine, adding just a hint of the building to not detract attention from their gorgeous Mandap

After the ceremony I moved to the arches for the cocktail hour, then later relocated to outside the Grand Ballroom for the reception, where I chatted to evening guests who hadn’t seen the painting earlier at the ceremony.

Throughout the day, guests were intrigued by the process and the finished painting received lots of heart-warming compliments.
