Rasmeet and Ravi

This wedding was especially meaningful as it was held at the bride’s family home — so it was a real honour to have been invited there to paint their intimate ceremony (intimate in sentiment and not in number!).

When planning their Anand Karaj, Rasmeet and Ravi knew they wanted a meaningful keepsake that captured not just how the day looked, but how it felt. They requested a more abstract composition, and with the Palki set within a pool of water, I echoed this element with a watery backdrop and through flowing, water-inspired leaves around the flora and waves radiating from the Palki.

They looked incredible and it was such a joy painting amongst their lovely family and friends.
