Komal and James

So happy to have been asked to capture this special moment from Komal and James’s Hindu wedding ceremony at Ladywood Estate in Leicestershire. I employed a more expressive, illustrative style to this piece, while still maintaining attention-to-detail for Komal’s exquisite dress and the the beautiful carved mandap. It was so lovely seeing guests’ excitement build as the painting came to life and closer and closer to being finished.

By the end of the evening, the painting was finished and ready for Komal and James to take home — a special reminder of their Big Day.
